Spartans White Collar Boxing is a premium ten week challenge for professionals with no combat background who want to push their limits, raise money for charity and fight on a world class stage in Dubai.
Spartans White Collar Boxing takes everyday professionals and gives them the full fighter experience. Across an intensive ten to twelve week camp you will train with Spartans coaches, build real boxing skills, transform your fitness and mindset, then step into the ring in front of hundreds of guests at our black tie Fight Night gala.
No prior boxing experience is required. If you are committed, willing to learn and ready to get uncomfortable in the best way, this programme is for you.
Spartans Boxing Club is a global boxing and fitness community dedicated to making authentic boxing accessible to everyone. A proven, established series: Since December 2021, Spartans has hosted 10 successful White Collar Fight Nights (8 in Dubai, 2 in Singapore), featuring:
Guests enjoy a champagne reception, a 3-course dinner, professional fights, charity auctions and the night ends by turning the ring into a dance floor, continuing into an official after party.
Each event partners with Gulf For Good, assigning every fighter a unique link to raise funds, plus live auctions and giving trees on the night. Together they’ve raised half a million dirhams to support children worldwide.
At the end of the event, a special Spartans Championship Belt is awarded to the fighter who excelled in training, rallied their team, raised the most funds, sold the most tickets and gave it all in the ring.
Under the leadership of professional boxer Sam Cox and fitness visionary Chris Ledger, Spartans White Collar is built on genuine boxing expertise blended with boutique training philosophy.
Hosted at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, Downtown Dubai, it’s not just a fight night, it’s an elite social event that has become a key fixture on the UAE social calendar.

Entry price for the full fighter package starts from AED 14,000.
You will be allocated two tables for ten guests each. Many fighters sell these to friends, family or corporate contacts to cover part of their entry. Tables must be confirmed around three weeks before Fight Night.
Training is typically three times per week, with additional access to open gym and classes. Once teams are set your coach will confirm final timings. You are expected to attend, put in the work and respect the process.
You will be encouraged to post about your training on social media. Sharing your story builds excitement, inspires others and supports your fundraising. We provide digital assets to help you along the way.
Each fighter receives a personal fundraising link for our official charity partner. The funds you raise support life changing projects for children in need around the world, so every round you fight has impact far beyond the ring.
This year, Spartans White Collar Boxing is proud to raise funds for Gulf for Good. A specific children’s project will be selected before Fight Camp begins, ensuring our collective effort supports a carefully chosen, high-impact initiative.
Funds raised will go directly towards sustainable education, healthcare or community development projects that create lasting change for children in need.
When you join the camp, you will receive your own personal donation link to share with friends, family and colleagues, helping you drive real impact beyond the ring.

White Collar Fight Night 13 is the culmination of the Fight Camp. One unforgettable evening where every fighter walks out under the lights to their own ring walk music, in front of a packed ballroom of colleagues, friends and partners.

White Collar Fight Night is more than a boxing event. It is a premium corporate evening that brings together business leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals from across Dubai.
